CURRENT ISSUE The fall isssue includes an article by Jerry Ellig and Joseph A. Rotondi on keeping telecomunication service universal while keeping the cost down. The article was mentioned in the recent Mercatus Reports. Also in this issue is a split article by John C. Eastman and Jim C. Ho arguing over birthright citizenship. The two recently wrote opinions on the subject in the Des Moines Register. The current issue is available here.

JURIST OF THE YEAR
The Review is proud to honor
the Honorable William Garwood as its
Distinguished Jurist of the Year for 2008. The Review's annual banquet
